Suprsuit is an AI work environment for owner-operated small businesses. Agents work in the software you already use, and nothing sensitive goes out without a tap on your phone.
What Suprsuit does
- Does the routine work — Agents log into portals, download statements, and follow your procedures the way a person would.
- Asks before it acts — Sending email, sending messages, and other high-impact actions wait for your approval on your phone.
- Learns your business context — With your consent, Suprsuit can read sent mail to learn how you write and what your business does, so drafts sound like you—not a generic bot.
- Keeps your credentials private — Your passwords and access tokens are never shown to the AI.
Who it’s for
Suprsuit is built for owners who run the business day to day: contractors, professional services, and other small teams where one person wears many hats. Your business data is kept separate from other customers’ data.
Google account connection (optional)
If you connect Gmail, you choose what Suprsuit may do. Reading and sending are separate permissions, requested separately through Google’s consent screen, and sending is only asked for when an email actually needs to go out:
- Read mail (
gmail.readonly) — Learning from your sent mail so agents match your writing voice and remember business facts you confirm, and looking up messages for tasks you request. This permission cannot send, label, or delete anything. - Send mail you approve (
gmail.send) — Only after you review a specific message on your phone and tap Approve. This permission cannot read your mail.
Drafts are prepared and held inside Suprsuit for your review; Suprsuit does not write to your Gmail Drafts folder.
You can disconnect Gmail at any time from Suprsuit; we revoke our access with Google and delete the stored tokens.
